More often than not valuable in-house resource is used to produce all or part of an application. However, it isn't always possible to devote those resources to testing the correctness of the application under development.
Illume will work alongside an existing development team, getting up-to speed quickly, ensuring that tests are created and results published, in a timely fashion, without impacting the ongoing development effort. In-house resources can concentrate on delivering to schedule while Illume focuses on testing.
When it is appropriate to do so, the knowledge built up through testing will be shared with the development team. In practice there is often a nominated team member who works closely with the resource(s) from Illume.
